We do require a deposit of the first night’s accommodation. In the case of cancellation, deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. If less than 14 days notice is given, we are happy to refund so long as we can re-let the room.

We confirm all bookings, generally by email.

Check in: We’re always home for early check-in (11-1) for those wanting to make the most of their time in Lyme, and 5-7 for those arriving a later in the day.

If you’ll be arriving outside these times, just let us know, so that we can arrange to be home, as we do appreciate that everyone’s itinerary will be different.

Checkout is 10.30, but you’re welcome to leave your bags in the lounge until you are ready to depart.
