The Devonia Guest House
Bed & Breakfast

ABOUT
Situated at an elevated position in the beautiful Dorset town of Lyme Regis in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, The Devonia Guest House, originally an Edwardian’s gentleman’s residence, has been established for over twenty years. The proportions of the house readily lend themselves to providing spacious, high ceilinged guest rooms, all with en suite facilities and a delightful, airy, breakfast room looking out to the sea.
The Devonia benefits from magnificent sea views to the front of the property and the back of the property faces on to 14 acres of Woodland Trust. There is on site parking and a lovely front garden where guests are welcome to sit and enjoy the view. The location is perfect, only a 5 minutes walk to the town centre, and a 10 minute walk to the sea front.
We’re pleased to announce that The Devonia Guest House has been recognised yet again with a 2017 Certificate of Excellence, based on the consistently great reviews.

We had a great night's sleep with comfy beds and no noise or disturbance. This was all followed by a great breakfast. ”
